1. How could I buy the products I need if there is no price in the website?

You can ask the latest price list from your sales rep.; And for the online shopping items, we support purchasing online, so you can order directly to save time.

2.What if I can’t find the products from your website?

Please contact us on Whatsapp or E-mail, then send us the products information which you are looking for. We will work it out.

Payment

1. What payment terms you can accept?

Payment before delivery should be required.

2. What currency you can accept?

We support lacal payment in mainland HK/Europe/UK/US/AU/CA/JAPAN etc., please contact our sales to provide you the account which support your local payment.

Shipment

1.Can you send me samples

Yes, we accept sample orders as well, could you tell me what models and quantity you want

2.What is the shipping method?

It depends on our clients’ destination, normally we will send the parcels via DHL or UPS from China, we also have experience to ship by sea, railway, etc to save customer's shipping cost.

3. How long for the delivery time?

Delivery time is around 3 days, depends on the order details. We need to confirm the specific delivery time based on your order.

4. What if the packages were lost?

The loss of packages will be handled according to the logistic company’s terms if there is no extra insurance for that.

After-sales Service

1.What about the returns or RMA?

We provide 12 month warranty for all of our products. And processing only takes 7-15 days.

We make the Label to pick up the return by our logistics account.

We are responsible for customs clearance, the only thing you need to do is to pack the return parcel as what we request.

All returns will be 100% guarantee to support your business.

All returns are need to be received by ITRUSTYPARTS and testing, then we will send the new replacement with your new order.
